Start making perfect homemade gnocchi in your very own kitchen with just 3 simple ingredients!

Step 1: Boil russet potatoes to a fluffy, creamy texture. Gently peel by hand, then mash using a potato ricer to form delicate potato shavings.

Step 2: Crack fresh eggs over a bed of authentic Italian flour. Mix by hand and combine with potato shavings to form a soft dough.

Step 3: Carefully roll the dough into long ropes. Cut into small pillows and use traditional techniques to form the classic gnocchi shape.  

Step 4: Cook to perfection. Serve with meat, pesto, tomato or sage & butter sauce. Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese
